Our Mission

The human brain is a very complex structure.

Blue Dendrite is a project operated by students from around the world. We seek to provide neuroscience content for everyone – primarily through short animations which are fun and easy to understand.

We hope to bring greater awareness of the many fascinating discoveries being made within the constantly evolving science that is the study of the human brain and nervous system.

Isaac Zhang

Isaac, Chief Executive Officer, is a Senior at Bellevue International School where he is completing a high school degree. He has been memorizing poetry ever since childhood, and after performing research on the biology and psychology of memory, embarked on a journey to learn more about neuroscience and share its mystery with the world through the creation of "Blue Dendrite". Additionally, Isaac has been coding since elementary school, and hopes to synthesize the fields of machine learning and neuroscience to tackle modern medical issues like Alzheimer's. Outside of the classroom, Isaac trains college interns at Swedish Hospital's Neuro Telemetry unit to give compassionate patient care, teaches Sunday School to preschoolers at his church, and competes in U19 regional and national badminton tournaments. He hopes to use his love for human connection and obsession with minds and machines to become a researcher and/or neurosurgeon in the future.

Himanshu, currently in high school. I have been wondering about the Technology and Space ever since i was a little kid, spending days and nights in front of computer, playing games, spamming pictures trying to make the computer lag, and it never lagged. Then i started to learn about the computer more and more, reading books. Always used to Stare at the night sky for hours, staring each and every star. Read a lot of Encyclopedia about space still having a lot of Confusion. and yeah the life is going, looking forward to work on something exiciting and fun projects and to LEARN.
